NACMO Awards
Your NACMO membership entitles you and your horses to earn points towards annual state and national high point awards, awards for points accumulated from year to year, and other awards particular to each chapter.
The chart below shows the nationally sponsored awards for cumulative point levels for riders, horses and ride manager awards, and the nationally sponsored annual awards.
Your rider points accumulate for your lifetime; a horse's points accumulate and follow the horse regardless of owner.
State and National High Point Team and Individual Rider awards are based on the point totals for your 5 best rides.
If tied, the top finishers are ranked according to the number of competitors that you competed against in your 5 best rides.

Choice awards are chosen from a set of awards, depending on the particular category and level.

| Eligibility |
| To be eligible for the awards listed above, an individual or team must be members in good standing, and must ride a minimum of five rides (except for juniors).
If an individual is a member of the annual high point team, they are not eligible for individual rider awards.
Awards are also subject to state bylaws. |
